We require a 50 person headcount minimum. This is a flat fee which includes set up and Chef. No additional separate fees aside from Santa Barbara. 8.75% tax and a standard 15% gratuity.

• ​​A selection of multiple different Paella types based on headcount : Please note paellas are cooked by percentages based on final headcount. Additional paellas are to accommodate for those with dietary restrictions.

• 4 selections of appetizers (see 'menu' page for a complete appetizer list)

• Salad 

• Sliced Baguette (bread is to accompany paella to soak up juices not as a table starter)

• Servers included (qty based on final headcount)
